The International Association of Education Experts and Leaders (IAELE) has announced the results of the International Colleges Ranking Competition, which involved a comprehensive assessment of secondary vocational education institutions.

Kairat Mamiyev (Kazakhstan), an international business manager and expert in strategic management, actively participated in the work of the international jury for the competition.

During the competition evaluation process, Kairat Mamiyev:

• Analyzed applications from colleges in Europe, Asia, and Africa;
• Studied the educational programs, strategic development plans, personnel policies, and financial models of the institutions;
• Provided an expert assessment of the integration of innovative teaching methods and digital technologies;
• Prepared written recommendations on the development of educational practices.

His expert conclusions were reflected in the jury’s meeting materials and taken into account in the final ranking published by the Association. In particular, Mamiyev’s recommendations were used in determining the positions of colleges, such as College du Léman (Geneva, Switzerland), which took the top position in the ranking.

IAELE President Shuyun Zhou emphasized the significance of his participation:

“Kairat Mamiyev demonstrated a deep analysis of the materials presented, highlighted the strengths and weaknesses of the colleges’ educational strategies, and made suggestions that increased the objectivity and transparency of the assessment.”

Following the competition, Kairat Mamiyev was officially recognized with a letter of appreciation from IAELE for his high level of professionalism and significant contribution to international educational expertise.
