On November 17, 2025, by decision of the Expert Council of the International Association of Experts and Leaders of Education (IAELE), Aizhan Abenova, an international expert in English language teaching, language pedagogy, psycholinguistics, and educational technologies, was awarded the status of Honorary Member of the Association.
Honorary Member status is one of the highest forms of professional recognition of the International Association of Experts and Leaders of Education. It is awarded exclusively to specialists whose professional achievements have received high recognition from the Expert Council and meet the established criteria of the Association. The decision is made only after an individual expert evaluation of the candidate’s professional activities, scientific contribution, international recognition, expert reputation, and the impact of their work on the development of education.
Grounds for the Decision
In considering Aizhan Abenova’s candidacy, the Expert Council concluded that her professional activities meet the high requirements applicable to candidates for Honorary Member status.
In making its decision, the following were particularly noted:
- the development of the author’s educational methodology N.E.X.U.S. Linguistic Acceleration Framework™, representing an innovative system for the accelerated development of practical English language skills;
- the successful practical implementation of this methodology since 2019 in training more than 1,800 learners from 19 countries, including civil servants, executives, entrepreneurs, and specialists in various professional fields;
- more than ten years of professional experience in English language teaching, development of educational programs, and training of specialists in the public and corporate sectors;
- a significant contribution to the development of modern language pedagogy, educational technologies, psycholinguistics, and innovative methods of professional training;
- scientific and research activities and authorship of scientific publications devoted to modern educational technologies, digital communication, and psycholinguistics;
- international professional recognition, confirmed by the Gold Bar Asia Award 2024 in the “Teacher of the Year” category, winning the Russian “Manager of the Year – 2025” competition in the “Education” category, election as a Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Management, and the award of Honorary Member status of the Association of Specialists in Education and Science (ASSON);
- a high level of professional reputation, confirmed by many years of expert, educational, and scientific activities.
In the opinion of the Expert Council, the totality of these achievements demonstrates Aizhan Abenova’s significant contribution to the development of modern approaches to language education and specialist training, as well as recognition of the results of her activities by the professional community.
Author of an Innovative Educational Methodology
One of the key factors influencing the decision of the Expert Council was the author’s methodology N.E.X.U.S. Linguistic Acceleration Framework™, developed by Aizhan Abenova.
The methodology is based on modern achievements in pedagogy, psycholinguistics, cognitive psychology, and communicative language teaching and is aimed at the accelerated development of practical language competencies. The system is successfully applied in international educational practice in training students, civil servants, executives, and specialists from various industries.
The practical results of the methodology’s implementation are confirmed by the training of more than 1,800 people from 19 countries, demonstrating its international application and demand.
Scientific and Expert Activities
The Expert Council also noted Aizhan Abenova’s active scientific and research activities and authorship of scientific publications on psycholinguistics, digital educational technologies, and modern language pedagogy.
In addition to her scientific work, Aizhan Abenova participates in the implementation of international educational projects, the training of civil servants and corporate specialists, and contributes to the development of professional cooperation among representatives of different countries.
