On November 17, 2025, by decision of the Expert Council of the International Association of Experts and Leaders of Education (IAELE), Aizhan Abenova, an international expert in English language teaching, language pedagogy, psycholinguistics, and educational technologies, was awarded the status of Honorary Member of the Association.
Honorary Member status is one of the highest forms of professional recognition of the International Association of Experts and Leaders of Education. It is awarded exclusively to specialists whose professional achievements, scientific contribution, expert activities, and influence on the development of education have received high recognition from the Association’s Expert Council. The decision to award this status is made exclusively following an individual expert evaluation of the candidate and in accordance with the Bylaws and internal regulations of the Association.
Following a comprehensive review of the materials submitted for consideration by the Expert Council, it was established that Aizhan Abenova’s professional activities fully meet the criteria applicable to candidates for Honorary Member status.
In making its decision, the Expert Council particularly noted:
- the development of the author’s educational methodology N.E.X.U.S. Linguistic Acceleration Framework™, representing an innovative approach to accelerated English language acquisition and successfully applied in international educational practice;
- the practical implementation of this methodology in training more than 1,800 learners from 19 countries, including civil servants, executives, entrepreneurs, and specialists in various professional fields;
- more than ten years of professional experience in English language teaching and the training of civil servants, executives, and corporate sector specialists;
- a significant contribution to the development of modern language pedagogy, psycholinguistics, educational technologies, and innovative methods of specialist training;
- scientific and research activities and authorship of scientific publications devoted to modern educational technologies, digital communication, and issues of psycholinguistics;
- international professional recognition, confirmed by the Gold Bar Asia Award 2024 in the “Teacher of the Year” category, winning the Russian “Manager of the Year – 2025” competition in the “Education” category, election as a Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Management, and the award of Honorary Member status of the Association of Specialists in Education and Science (ASSON);
- a high level of professional reputation, confirmed by many years of expert, scientific, and educational activities.
In the opinion of the Expert Council, Aizhan Abenova’s professional activities have a significant impact on the development of modern educational approaches, contribute to the implementation of innovative English language teaching methods, and strengthen international professional cooperation in the field of education.
