INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION
OF EXPERTS AND LEADERS OF EDUCATION (IAELE)
Chapter I
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1: General Provisions
1.1. Name and Status of the Organization
The International Association of Experts and Leaders of Education (IAELE) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization registered by applicable international and national laws. It unites outstanding representatives of legal entities and individuals interested in developing innovative education and implementing advanced pedagogical technologies globally.
1.2. Legal Basis of the International Association (IAELE) Activity
The International Association (IAELE) acts according to the present Charter, International Standards and Norms in education, and principles accepted in the international community for regulating educational and research activities.
1.3 Priorities of the International Association (IAELE)
IAELE’s priorities are to create an open, inclusive, and innovative educational space that contributes to the harmonious development and progress of the global academic community.
Article 2: Membership in the International Association (IAELE)
2.1. General Provisions on Membership
Members of the International Association (IAELE) can be recognized in the international professional community, educational institutions, scientific organizations, companies, and individuals interested in developing innovation in education and supporting the goals of the International Association (IAELE).
2.2. Categories of Members of the International Association (IAELE)
International Association (IAELE) members are divided into two categories:
Honorary Members are distinguished and recognized International professionals who have significantly contributed to educational innovation and support the International Association’s (IAELE) goals.
Ordinary Members – individuals and legal entities actively participating in the International Association’s (IAELE) activities, supporting its goals and objectives, making financial and other contributions, and implementing projects within the framework of the International Association’s (IAELE) activities.
2.2.1. Honorary Members of the International Association (IAELE)
IAELE Honorary Members constitute an elite category that includes outstanding International professionals, talented leaders, and respected professionals who have significantly impacted educational innovation development in the International arena. This category has the highest membership status in the International Association (IAELE) and embodies the best examples of International professionalism and social responsibility in education.
Extraordinary individuals who have demonstrated exceptional achievements in their professional activities and are recognized by the world educational community can become honorary members of the International Association (IAELE). These can be high-class leaders, experts, scientists, teachers, politicians, entrepreneurs, and other authoritative personalities whose contribution to education development, the introduction of innovative technologies, or the solution of urgent social and educational tasks is recognized at the International level.
Honorary members of the highest status are invited to join the International Association (IAELE) exclusively on the recommendation of the International Expert Council of the International Association (IAELE) through a personal invitation from the International Association (IAELE).
Honorary members are given a personalized Certificate of Honorary Member of the International Association (IAELE).
2.2.2. Regular members are admitted to the International Association (IAELE) by submitting a written application independently or on the recommendation of the members of the International Association (IAELE) or its partners. The decision to admit a new member is made by the International Expert Council of the International Association (IAELE), which evaluates the candidate’s compliance with the goals and objectives of the International Association (IAELE) and their possible contribution to the development of the educational process.
2.2.3 The International Expert Council of the International Association (IAELE), which makes key decisions and evaluates innovative projects and educational initiatives, can only include Honorary Members of the International Association (IAELE). They are also invited to be members of organizing committees, selection committees, and juries for specialized events, International Competitions and Awards, conferences, and forums organized by the International Association (IAELE).
2.2.4. Honorary members of the International Association (IAELE) have moral and professional responsibility for maintaining high standards of the International Association (IAELE); their actions and projects should be consistent with the values and goals of the International Association (IAELE), contributing to the development of education and the introduction of innovative solutions at the global level.
MISSION, PURPOSE, LINES OF ACTION, SUPPORT FOR INTEGRATION
Article 3. Mission of the International Association (IAELE)
3.1. The International Association’s (IAELE) mission is to create and develop a global educational community that actively promotes innovation and advanced technologies in the educational process. IAELE brings together prominent international experts, leaders, scientists, educators, and organizations, providing a platform for sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices, as well as for working together on solutions to current challenges in the global field of education.
3.2 The International Association (IAELE) strives to create conditions for realizing sustainable and long-term international educational projects to improve education quality and train highly qualified international specialists. It also aims to shape and address key challenges facing the global academic community, shape innovative approaches to learning, and promote the integration of academic and professional processes to ensure global educational mobility and accessibility.
3.3 The mission of the International Association (IAELE) is centered on:
3.3.1. Innovations in Education to promote the introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies and teaching methods that will help to adapt educational systems to the rapidly changing requirements of the global labor market and social environment.
3.3.2. Supporting research and development of innovative tools that will improve the quality of the educational process, provide individualization of learning, and develop critical thinking in students.
3.3.3. Cooperation and exchange of experience between international educational institutions, scientific organizations, businesses, and government agencies. Activities to strengthen partnerships at the global level, develop interdisciplinary projects, and implement integrated solutions aimed at the practical and sustainable development of educational systems in different countries. Interaction with governmental structures to create and implement innovative educational policies that meet global standards and the needs of society.
3.3.4. Develop EdTech technologies that improve the accessibility and quality of education globally. Support introducing new digital solutions and educational platforms that facilitate education delivery in any context and for different target groups. Use EdTech technologies for online learning to increase the flexibility and personalization of educational programs relevant to remote and developing regions.
3.3.5. Provide opportunities for collaboration between different sectors, including academia, industry, and public and private institutions. Build sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships to enhance the dissemination of innovative teaching methods and stimulate their application in practice worldwide.
Article 4. Purpose of the International Association (IAELE)
4.1 Global Goal
4.1.1. The International Association (IAELE), representing the International Educational Innovation Space, actively promotes the generation of new ideas, original solutions, and innovations aimed at improving the quality of education and its development at the global level.
4.1.2 The International Association (IAELE) is focused on maintaining and developing International Educational Standards and improving the accessibility and quality of educational resources for different groups of people, regardless of their social and economic status.
4.1.3. The International Association (IAELE ) serves as a center for professional communication, knowledge sharing, and effective partnerships, providing opportunities for collaborative educational initiatives and research on a global scale.
4.1.4. The International Association (IAELE) supports individual and collective initiatives to develop innovative approaches in education. Special attention is paid to creating conditions for creativity, self-development, and professional interaction among participants, including students, teachers, International researchers, specialists, and entrepreneurs in education. This contributes to scientific and practical progress and human capital development at the global level, ensuring the sustainable and inclusive growth of educational systems in different countries and regions.
Article 5. Main activities of the International Association (IAELE)
The Association’s activity aims to create and develop a unified international innovative educational space and support and develop creative processes in academic institutions.
Main Areas of Activity:
5.1. Development and implementation of innovative approaches in the field of International educational technologies, methods, and practices to improve the educational process’s efficiency and its adaptation to the rapidly changing requirements of the global labor market.
5.2. Research in international educational theory and practice aimed at improving education systems and removing barriers to access to quality education, especially in developing countries and among marginalized populations.
5.3. Opportunities for education and learning are created through global cooperation between international educational institutions, scientific organizations, businesses, international and national organizations, and public and private initiatives.
5.4. Developing and implementing innovative learning formats such as distance education, educational platforms, and flexible curricula that can be adapted to different cultural and social contexts.
5.5. Consolidation of experts and heads of educational organizations on the International Platform.
5.6. Support and implementation of innovative pedagogical and educational processes.
5.7. Develop partnerships and network interactions to exchange experience and implement best educational practices.
5.8. Conducting educational and scientific activities to deepen the knowledge and expand the participants’ competence in the International Association (IAELE) goals and objectives.
Article 6: Supporting Integration and Partnerships
6.1. The International Association (IAELE) actively supports the integration of educational institutions, scientific organizations, businesses, and other stakeholders to implement joint International Innovation Projects. This includes the creation of platforms for the exchange of knowledge and experience, as well as the active implementation of the best World practices in the International educational process. The International Association (IAELE) strives to ensure the sustainable development of educational ecosystems that promote practical cooperation of all participants of the educational process at the international level.
6.2. The International Association (IAELE) supports the creation of partnerships between different sectors of the world economy to stimulate innovation in education and to develop and implement International Education Initiatives that improve the social mobility and professional adaptation of young people to create sustainable educational models that can be adapted in different countries and cultures, providing a long-term contribution to the development of education and science.
Chapter III
ASSOCIATION’S GOVERNING BODIES
Article 7: Governing Bodies of the International Association (IAELE)
7.1. General Meeting of Members of the International Association (IAELE) – the Supreme Governing Body.
7.2. Board of the International Association (IAELE)—This coordination management body organizes the Association’s activities.
7.3. Director – the Executive Body responsible for day-to-day activities and implementation of decisions of the Management Board.
7.4. The Financial Manager is responsible for the financial management and reporting of the International Association (IAELE).
7.5. Project Manager – a competent person responsible for the organization and coordination of innovative projects of the International Association (IAELE).
Chapter IV
AWARDS
Article 8: Awards of the International Association (IAELE)
8.1 The International Association (IAELE) has the right to award awards for outstanding achievements in education and significant contributions to the development of related industries. These awards may take the form of honorary degrees, medals, orders, and other recognitions to recognize professionals who have demonstrated outstanding talent and made significant innovative contributions to the development of international educational technologies, methodologies, and practices and the creation of education and learning opportunities through global collaboration.
8.2. International Association Awards (IAELE) may be awarded for the following achievements:
8.2.1. Outstanding achievements in creating innovative educational solutions that have significantly impacted the development of educational processes at the National and International levels.
8.2.2. Long-term innovative contribution to introducing new technologies and methods in educational practice and developing and implementing innovative educational solutions.
8.2.3. Leadership in Educational Technologies and Innovations – for creating and implementing unique projects that have influenced the development of new educational standards and approaches.
8.2.4. Influence on developing educational standards and formats – for active work in education, training new generations of specialists, and developing high professional standards in educational technologies.
8.2.5. Creation of sustainable and functional educational solutions that meet modern requirements and contribute to the sustainable development of educational systems.
8.2.6. For contribution to developing International Educational Initiatives and active participation in International projects and forums to improve educational practices and strengthen International relations.
8.2.7. For innovations in interdisciplinary safety of educational systems and significant contributions to developing related fields such as safety management in academic institutions.
8.2.8. For exceptional contribution to corporate education and risk management of educational systems and creation of effective training systems for academic organizations.
The IAELE awards are an essential recognition of merit and are intended to inspire professionals to continue to develop and reach new heights in education and technology.
Chapter V
INTERNATIONAL AWARDS
Article 9: International Association International Awards (IAELE)
9.1. IAELE organizes International Awards to recognize best practices, innovative developments, and outstanding educational achievements.
9.2. The IAELE International Awards aim to encourage innovation, outstanding developments, and projects to integrate advanced educational technologies and improve the quality of International Education Systems.
9.3. Key objectives of the International Prize:
9.3.1. Recognition of outstanding International professionals and organizations that have significantly impacted the development of education and educational technology.
9.3.2. Promote best International practices and innovative solutions to improve the quality of education and the sustainability of educational ecosystems.
9.3.4. Motivating international education professionals and organizations to implement sustainable and innovative solutions in their professional activities.
Article 10. Procedure for the Organization of the International Prizes
Step Sequence:
10.1. Announcement of the International Prize.
10.2. Submission of applications and necessary documents by the participants.
10.3. Evaluation of applications by the International Expert Council of the International Association (IAELE).
10.4. Presentation of final projects and the International Expert Council of the International Association (IAELE) voting.
10.5. Awarding ceremony of the International Prize winners.
Article 11: Basic Criteria for the Evaluation of Projects and Achievements
(include, but are not limited to)
11.1. Innovativeness and originality of the concept and solutions.
11.2. Functionality and efficiency of the proposed solutions.
11.3. Social and Environmental Impacts – the extent to which the project affects social and environmental factors.
11.4. Introduction of the latest technologies and solutions into the educational process.
11.5. Social responsibility and sustainability of implemented projects in the context of education.
Article 12. Awards for Laureates of International Prizes
(may include, but are not limited to)
12.1. Name certificates.
12.2. Statuettes and commemorative prizes.
12.3. Publication of the results on the official Internet platforms of the International Association (IAELE) and its partners.
12.4. Prizes and gifts from the sponsors of the IAELE International Award.
The awards and recognition received within the framework of the International Award serve as an essential incentive for further professional growth and the implementation of innovative solutions in the global educational system.
Article 13. Participants in Events and Their Responsibilities
13.1. The following categories of persons and organizations actively working in the field of education and related fields of activity can be participants of the International Association International Awards (IAELE):
13.1.2. Outstanding International Individual professionals, leaders, and specialists in various education and educational technologies fields.
13.1.3. International educational and research institutions – universities, research centers, and organizations engaged in teaching, research, and development of new technologies and approaches in education and safety of organization of learning processes.
13.1.4. International organizations and specialized companies engaged in developing and implementing solutions for educational systems, educational technologies, methods, and practices.
13.1.5. Public and private institutions supporting the development of innovative educational technologies and the creation of a regulatory and legal framework for their implementation.
13.1.6. Private entrepreneurs and innovators are developing start-ups, new methods, and tools in education.
13.2 Requirements and obligations for participants in the International Prizes
13.2.1. Intellectual property – to coordinate the use of their materials with the organizers, guaranteeing the existence of intellectual property rights.
13.2.2. Professional ethics – comply with the norms of professional ethics to avoid plagiarism and unfair competition.
13.2.3. Reliability of information – provide accurate and reliable data about their projects and qualifications.
13.2.4. Compliance with regulations – follow the established rules of the event, including deadlines for submission of applications and requirements for preparation of materials.
13.2.5. Respect for copyright – submit only original materials or materials with permission to use.
13.2.6. Observe the terms of confidentiality if the information is considered as such.
13.2.7. Active participation – actively participate in the events, interact with other participants organizers, and make constructive suggestions.
13.2.8. Compliance with safety – comply with safety requirements when participating in activities.
Chapter VI
FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 14: Amendments and Additions to the Statutes of the International Association (IAELE)
14.1. Amendments and additions to the Charter of the International Association (IAELE), as well as approval of a new version of the Charter, are exclusively within the competence of the founders of the International Association (IAELE).
14.2. A provision of the IAELE Bylaws that is no longer in force does not affect the other provisions in force, which will continue in effect.
Article 15. Term of the International Association (IAELE)
15.1 The International Association (IAELE) operates permanently and continues indefinitely until the established procedure decides on its liquidation or reorganization.
15.2. If it is necessary to change the status or terminate the existence of the Association, the decision on liquidation or reorganization shall be made following the procedures stipulated by the internal regulations and norms in force at the time of such decision.
